Ronald "Ron" Langreck, age 66, of Marshfield, WI passed away on March 27, 2026 at his residence. He was born on October 11, 1959 in Neillsville, WI to Francis and Bonnie (Genteman) Langreck Jr. Ron graduated from Granton High School in 1977 and worked at Sensory Effects Powder Systems (Quality Ingredients) in Marshfield. He retired in 2015.
Ron was well known throughout his neighborhood for always being willing to help others and share his wit and words of wisdom.
Ron is survived by his parents; Francis and Bonnie Langreck of Granton, siblings, Steve Langreck of Marshfield, Loretta (Bob) Kayhart-Jones of Auburndale, Bev (Roger) Roehl of Spencer and Jean (Scott) Havlicek of Neillsville. He is further survived by aunts and uncles: Anton "Tony" and Mary Langreck of Neillsville, Patricia Langreck of Neillsville, Betty Berlick of Marshfield, William and Barb Lucas of Willard, William Genteman Jr. of Pewaukee and Cathy Genteman of Fredonia along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and neighborhood friends.
Ron was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, a sister, Marilyn, a brother, Tom, uncles, Eugene Langreck, Dave Berlick, Vern and Larry Genteman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
