Delmane Schwellenbach, age 76, of Neillsville, WI died unexpectedly on September 9, 2015 at his home.Delmane Charles Schwellenbach was born on July 21, 1939 in Christie, Wisconsin the son of Bernhardt and Helen (Domine) Schwellenbach. He graduated from Neillsville High School and attended Marquette University for one year before entering the United States Air Force. He served four years in the Air Force as a 1st Lieutenant Navigotor-Bombardier on a B52 Bomb Squadron. After his discharge, he received his barber license, worked as a loan officer at the Spencer State Bank and then operated Schwellenbach's Implement in Christie from 1976 until his retirement.He is survived by two children, Mark Schwellenbach of Concord, New Hampshire and Jodi (Brent) Owens of San Diego, California, three grandchildren, Tyson and Shiloh Owens of San Diego, CA and Dane Schwellenbach of Somersworth, NH. Del is also survived by one brother, Edward (Ronda) Schwellenbach of Janesville, WI, four nieces and one nephew.Funeral Services for Delmane will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, WI. Pastor Douglas Bjerke will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Neillsville with Military Honors performed by the Neillsville Veteran's Council. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Saturday at the Gesche Funeral Home.Online Condolences may be made at www.geschefh.com.
