Jeff DeMert, age 56, of Neillsville, WI died suddenly Thursday, May 4, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.He is survived by his significant other, Shelley Bleecker of Neillsville and her children, Nicole (Leif) Polzin and their son, Gavin of Neillsville and Dakota Brorson of Neillsville. His mother, "George" (Jim) Raine of Neillsville, sisters, Cindy (Randy) Butts of Neillsville, Kay (Marshall) Hayes of La Crosse and Debbie Spiegel of Neillsville, a brother, Kevin (Kelly) DeMert of New York, and nephews, Adam Brorson and his children, Zoe and Gia, Dylan Spiegel, Kevin Jr and Collin DeMert and Josh (Heidi) Butts their daughter, Jaycee and a Godmother, Mary Jane Frei.He was preceded in death by his father, "Buck" DeMert.A Celebration of Jeff's life will be held at a later date.Online Condolences may be made at www.geschefh.com.
